If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below: 1. Eligibility for Returns New, Unopened Items: Trading cards sales are final and may not be returned. Collectibles must be returned in new, unopened condition with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact. Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, subject to verification of the issue. 2. Timeframe for Returns Within 15 days from the date of purchase for returns or exchanges. After 15 days, returns may not be accepted 3. Return Shipping Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during return shipping. 5. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear. 6. Non-returnable Items Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way. Special order or limited edition items. Processing Time Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Business Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. 2. Shipping Methods and Costs We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days. Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location. Note: Shipping times may vary based on availability, weather conditions, and carrier delays. 3. Shipping Locations We ship to domestic addresses within the United States, as well as to select international locations. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for larger items (e.g., sealed cases, large collectible sets). 4. Packaging All orders will be carefully packed to ensure your trading cards and collectibles arrive in excellent condition. For Trading Cards: Cards are typically shipped in protective sleeves, top loaders, or card boxes to prevent damage during transit. For Collectibles: Items will be bubble-wrapped and boxed securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. 5. Tracking and Shipping Notifications Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. 6. Shipping Delays While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, once your order is with the carrier, shipping delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us for assistance. 7. Lost or Damaged Packages Lost Packages: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue. We will open a case with the carrier on your behalf. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assist you in processing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. 8. Local Pickup We currently do not offer local pickup for orders placed through our website. 9. Address Accuracy Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
